Brocade Corset

The Laughing Moon Victorian Underwear Pattern seen here made up in the gold "Peony" rayon brocade. A great way for any women, even large women, to go strapless without worry. Well boned and fit properly you can dance in this garment without concern that your top is going to slide down.

Gold corset lace and brass grommets complete the back.

Note: If you are making this pattern for an outer garment such as this you may want to make a placket behind the corset lace to avoid showing too much skin and the waistband of whatever else you are wearing. We did not apply a placket in order to better display the lacing.
